Teaching Contentment

I think most of us struggle with being content...I know that I do. We see so much around us and wonder why it is we don't have that and by voicing these feelings aloud sometimes, we teach our children to be discontented with what they have or don't have as well.
I try to be content and show this to my children, but I'll be honest, I often fail. Recently though, I was visiting a very favorite blog, Leading Little Hearts Home, and Rebecca had two very awesome posts on "cultivating contentment". They were so good and so convicting that I just had to share them with you. I think you will be as blessed by these as I was. You can find Part 1 here and Part 2 here. Do enjoy and feel free to share your thoughts...I'd love to know if you have any ideas for "cultivating contentment" in your family(with or without children).
Blessings,
Sommer
